She earned an MBA from Tennessee Technological University and has consistently continued her education in business solutions that can benefit her clients.

She has worked with thousands of participants through various courses and specializes in the delivery of Building High Value Relationships. She ran the Optimize International European operations locally. Ms. McCormack works directly with these specific clients throughout Europe and the United States to ensure that the desired results are achieved through the appropriate solution. She provides her clients with 25 years of experience in business strategy and solution delivery.
