About Kelly McCormack

Kelly McCormack is experienced in designing, developing and delivering solutions that allow organizations to attain critical and specific measurable results.  She has been involved in extensive international work, spanning five continents and many countries, and built a consulting business in Europe.  She has partnered with the top levels of companies to implement projects that strategically advance and expand the organization.  She works with executives to minimize the risks of the normal organizational pressures, such as competition, changing customer needs and personnel requirements.  She approaches the solution with a strategic focus in a hands-on manner, creating greater assurance for follow through and success.  She earned an MBA from Tennessee Technological University and has consistently continued her education in business solutions that can benefit her clients.

Ms. McCormack is an Executive Trainer with Optimize International.  She has worked with thousands of participants through various courses and specializes in the delivery of Building High Value Relationships.  She ran the Optimize International European operations locally.   Ms. McCormack works directly with these specific clients throughout Europe and the United States to ensure that the desired results are achieved through the appropriate solution.  She provides her clients with 25 years of experience in business strategy and solution delivery.  Ms. McCormack is enthusiastic about co-creating and implementing the solutions that move her clients’ businesses into greater expansion.
